The frequency of therapy depends on your needs and goals. Most clients begin with weekly CBT or EMDR sessions, but some prefer fortnightly or monthly sessions. We’ll find a rhythm that suits your lifestyle and supports your mental health progress.
Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes, whether it’s online CBT, trauma therapy, or clinical hypnotherapy. We’ll use that time to explore what’s most important to you and move toward your goals.
Each session is £95 for 50 minutes, with discounted packages available for ongoing, long-term support.
I also accept coverage through Modern Health insurance.
Please note: I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged at the full rate.
